Gratitude to the following people for our Organization's success

Various Works: Current and ongoing

We are grateful to the services of Mr. Sasidharan Thiruvengadam, one of our training participant for his valuable services of improving this website, besides his other works rendered for us.  Other works by Sasi includes establishing a Training Management System (TMS) imposed by SSG's on us as Registered Training Provider.

First WSQ Corporate Run :

July 2025

We are very grateful to Director Arun to have given us the opportunity to hold our first Corporate Run for our WSQ course for his Company's staff. We are also very thankful to May, one of our ex-training participant to have helped us with this corporate run. May has shared her decades of valuable experiences in accounting, book-keeping, various compliance matters including CPF, Form IR8A and its related auto-inclusion scheme registration, GST walkthrough and some other employees' related compliance matters. As this course run is specific to Director Arun's company, May and Sue Kam have personally guided the staff through real-time live setup and navigation of these matters. The staff were very motivated and excited as they have real-time, hands-on, first-hand experiences which they would not had by only reading books.

ISCA ATO

On 30 May 2025, Sue Kam Accounting Pte. Ltd. was conferred Accredited Training Organization (ATO) status by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), where from that date, for a period of three consecutive years, we are authorized to develop candidates towards the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ). We would like to thank Joyce Lim and Anthony Lee, both our past training participants and both are Singapore Chartered Accountants, Joyce being an active member while Anthony is a member in retirement. Both Joyce and Anthony supported our journey towards this attainment directly and/or indirectly as well as their moral support. Without their support, the journey towards this attainment would have been a lot harder and on hind sight, we would not know if we would have reach this stage at all.

WSQ Course Approval Date:

14 January 2025

After alot of pain and efforts, our WSQ DIY Corporate Compliance: Accounts, Secretarial & Tax Essentials was finally approved on 14 January 2025. This would not have been possible without the help and tremendous contribution of the following people listed below. We also would like to thank all our past trainees of our previous SkillsFuture Credit Only course titled Do Your Own Company Accounts, Secretarial & Tax. Sue Kam always has her past trainees in mind that she wrote all her past trainees' names manually in an exercise book and dedicate the merits of her daily mantras recitations to all of them. As this current WSQ course is highly funded and is an upgraded version of the old course, past trainees are highly encouraged to enroll in this WSQ course, as it is not entirely the same as the old. You will obtain a WSQ Statement of Attainment upon course completion.

WSQ Course Application entails alot of stringent criteria, foremost, the training provider needs to have a proposed course developer with DACE or DDDLP qualification which Sue Kam Accounting Pte. Ltd., at that point in time lacks. Fortunately, we found Mr. Daniel Ong who was willing to charge us a reasonable fee that a small organization like us could afford, for helping us in the initial stage, ie. the Course Application stage. Daniel, with his specialized knowledge and skills in this area, is a highly sought after Professional Course & Curriculum Developer, whom large Training Companies and Educational Institution will not have any qualms paying 5 or 6 figures fees for his works but for a small company like ours, we simply cannot afford anything even at a fraction of that. Hence, at the date of this article, as Sue Kam is herself pursuing DDDLP at the Institute of Adult Learning, Sue Kam writes her own course curriculum in order to save costs. We have deep gratitude for Mr. Daniel Ong for his contribution in making us come this far and we highly recommend his specialized services in this area to organization, large, medium or small who need his works. Please do contact him at his contact information at the left of this article.

Mr. Daniel Ong also introduced the people at Blended Concept, an established WSQ Training Provider to Sue Kam as a social interactive meet up. Sue Kam is grateful for the insightful and helpful information shared by Mr. Goh Wai Fu and Mr. Martin.  https://blendedconcept.com

Gratitude

Sue Kam is also very grateful to Ms. Jenny Lee of Singapore Polytechnic Graduates' Guild (SPGG), 1010 Dover Road, Singapore 139658 for her kindness and compassion in guiding Sue Kam in her efforts in trying to make her WSQ Course a success.
