Praboo K V is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with over 10 years of professional experience in financial reporting, corporate taxation, and statutory audit. 

 

He is currently a Manager with a leading multinational corporation, where he oversees financial reporting, compliance, and internal control processes. Previously, he held progressive finance roles within the same organization, and earlier developed strong assurance fundamentals at PwC Singapore, where he led statutory audit, group reporting, and agreed-upon procedures engagements as a team-in-charge managing teams of 3 to 10 members. He has been involved across the full audit cycle—from engagement planning and risk assessment to controls evaluation, audit documentation, and finalization of standalone and group financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). Praboo has gained broad industry exposure across insurance, manufacturing, power generation, real estate, investment management, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Information Technology from Singapore Polytechnic. His professional approach emphasises technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the practical application of accounting principles to real-world business environments.
