Cancellations, Withdrawals and Appeals

Cancellations ≥ 2 Weeks Before Course Start

If a trainee informs us at least two weeks before the course:

We discuss via WhatsApp 97368411 and/or email: admin@suekamaccounting.com to understand their needs;

We explore options such as rescheduling to a later run;

If they still wish to withdraw, we allow cancellation without penalty.

Cancellations < 2 Weeks Before Course Start

If notice is less than two weeks:

We explain that we have already committed to venue and variable costs (e.g. trainers, lunches, materials);

We discuss their situation and try to find a fair solution.

For serious reasons (e.g. illness or major emergencies):

We request brief explanation and documentary proof (e.g. medical certificate);
-
We may offer rescheduling or other arrangements depending on the case.

This personalised approach has worked smoothly since 2013, with no disputes, as discussions are conducted personally and respectfully.

Appeals

If a trainee is not satisfied with any decision (e.g. cancellation, refund, assessment), they may appeal directly to Sue Kam in writing via WhatsApp or email.

Sue reviews all records and reasons and makes a final decision, which is documented and communicated in writing.

Closed-loop Documentation

Key outcomes (e.g. final decision, rescheduling) are recorded in WhatsApp/email messages and reflected in:

The Attendance Sheet;

TPGateway;

Finance records, where relevant.
