Professional Experience

Edmund is currently EHS Manager at Meiden Singapore, where he leads the ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ESG committees, reports environmental data and KPIs to the Japan headquarters, coordinates Green Mark and EEOA certification for new factory facilities, and mentors a team of safety coordinators and facility staff. He concurrently serves as Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic's PACE Academy, teaching Sustainability Management under the SCTP programme, and as an EHS Consultant to Patsavee Asia Pacific. His teaching background includes lecturing at ITE College East in Engineering Mathematics, Quality Engineering, Instrumentation & Control and Safety & Environmental Management, where he was lead trainer for Work at Height and coordinator of the Safety Innovation Centre, as well as adjunct lecturing at Temasek Polytechnic on WSH management. Earlier roles include Assistant Director at NTU's School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering overseeing nine laboratories and two research centres, Project Manager at Force 21 (CWT Group), Assure Engineering and Acromec Engineers, and 16 years as Project Engineer with Air Products and Singapore Oxygen & Air Liquide, delivering gas distribution systems for clients such as ST Microelectronics, Pfizer, Lonza, Shell, SLNG and A*Star.
